How far in advance should I book?

During peak seasons (cherry blossom, summer holidays, Christmas/New Year), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. If seats are available, we can sell until around 9 AM on the day of departure, and some daytime cruises until the very last minute.

Is the cruise suitable for children or elderly guests?
For safety and comfort, we do not accept infants under 3 or guests over 80. No child seats are available. The tatami-floored cabins are not wheelchair-accessible (wheelchairs can be stored at the pier, but not brought onboard).
